How we cover it

Anyone can book a container. What decides whether your shipment lands on time is the far end — whether someone there knows the port, the customs office and the local delivery rules, and will pick up the phone when something stalls.

We work with a small number of partner depots we have used for years rather than whoever is cheapest that week. It costs a little more and goes wrong a great deal less.
